Remaining windy on Monday, with blustery showers, interspersed with sunny spells. There could be some locally very heavy downpours, with the potential for hail and thunder. Feeling raw during any intense showers. Maximum temperature 9 °C.
Tonight:
Winds easing overnight, but still strong enough to stream some fairly frequent showers, some wintry, across the region. Clearer skies in the south could lead to a touch of frost. Minimum temperature 2 °C.
Tuesday:
Blustery showers during the morning could merge to bring some more organised rainfall for a time during the afternoon. Turning less windy, but showers will continue to push in overnight. Maximum temperature 9 °C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
Much calmer and drier than recently on Wednesday morning, though again turning wet and windy during the afternoon. Thursday and Friday remain unsettled, with winds possibly increasing further on Friday.
