Detectives are issuing the image of a Walton man they want to speak to in connection with drug offences.
19-year-old Jack Gibney is 5ft 9in tall, of slim build, with ginger hair. He has links to the Walton area of Liverpool.
Gibney is wanted on warrant after failing to appear at Sefton Magistrates Court for possession of drugs.
Detectives also want to speak to Gibney in connection with an investigation into a drone and drugs which were recovered from near to HMP Walton prison in 2017.
