WARREN WRIGHT (48) of an address on Albert Road, Southport was arrested on suspicion of burglary to an address on Albert Road on Saturday 5th September.
Wright was subsequently charged with two counts of criminal damage, obstruction of an officer in the course of their duties and attempted assault of emergency worker.
He was remanded in custody and at court received a fine of £500 for the first count of criminal damage, £100 for the second and a further £100 fine for the attempted assault on an emergency worker. He was also issued with a Community Order that carries a curfew, monitored by electronic tagging.
