People are being invited to join Southport Pleasureland for the grand opening of the Christmas season, with festive fun and fireworks, on Saturday 12th December.

Lucky residents with a Southport or Sefton postcode will receive a special offer of £5 off the price of an individual rider ticket for one day only.

Southport Pleasureland owner Norman Wallis said: “With this year’s festive season feeling a little different with no Christmas lights switch on, no Christmas markets and not being able to see friends and family, why not take advantage of this fabulous offer and get together with your household or support bubble for a very merry day out!

“The Park will then be open on Sunday 13th December and then daily from 19th December – 3rd January (excluding Christmas Day).

Great news! I was wondering if they would be opening this year. It's so good to see local businesses thinking on their feet and making changes where they can. Will be having a family day out!
