Possibly because of the number of Southport residents who travel in and out of Liverpool for work.

What a pity no one is capable of publishing a full list, indicating legal restrictions, guidance, and exemptions.

If people knew what they were, there is more chance they might be observed, even by politicans and their family members.

There are still shop workers not wearing masks (Tesco and Dobbies) nothing is being done, people are not being challenged when they walk into the petrol station or several shops. There are still parents walking into the playground to collect their children, no masks.
The rules are pointless, plain, simple, vague or complicated people won't follow them.

All test results are allocated to individual areas using Postcodes and for the last month we have been constantly made aware of facts such as Wavertree or some other district of Liverpool has a rising rate of infection so they have the figures but are keeping them secret, they are treating the people as idiots and cannot complain then if people behave like idiots.
