Inconsiderate drivers are using the pavement in Nevill Street to park their cars and vans.

Vehicles are being driven onto the pavement through scores of pedestrians and just left by their owners. Soon somebody will knocked over and killed by one of thes selfish drivers.

The vehicles never get a parking ticket from the Civil Enforcement Officers.

Free parking for all then.

The wardens would rather fine a person for either,dropping litter,drinking in public areas,or someone having a dog leash too long,as these are easy prey to give a ticket to,even the council cannot even stop travellers from parking up where or when they like either.So don't hold your breath for too long.

Preston New Road Post Office is the same, the Front is like a car park all over the pavement and now there’s even some old car parked for sale too.

...then there's the ones who think Kings Gardens is a free car park.
Even saw a car driving round the walkway next to the Marine Lake the other evening.
