This seems to be happening on a very regular basis from Kirkham.

We are told that it houses prisoners who are not a danger to the public, but the first one was jailed for 'wounding offences'.

I agree there should be an enquiry into Kirkham prison as this seems to happen every week, prisoners on the run, not only that it puts more work onto the police but they are there for the publics protection and to serve a sentence for crime committed too, maybe its time to get MPs involved or get it shut down.
