The Grasshopper,Sandon Road,Hillside will be holding a How Tickled I Am, Lancashire Comedy Night on Friday,November 30 to celebrate Lancashire Day,November 27.
The evening will be dedicated to the late comedy genius Sir Ken Dodd who sadly passed away this year,Lady Anne Dodd will be attending and reading a monologue on the night.
There will be Lancashire beers,nibbles,comedy entertainment,spot prizes,proclamation and loyal toast to The Queen,Duke of Lancaster.
All proceeds from a raffle of a hamper of Lancashire Goodies will be donated to The Walton Neurological Centre.
Anyone interested in attending and providing a short comedy spot will be most welcome and should contact Angie Frith at grasshopperhillside@gmail.com
