Following the formal appointment of liquidators today members of staff of the bakery companes, Lathams & Dutch Bakery, should now have received details on how to claim any employment payments including redundancy where applicable.

Whilst these are creditors of the two companies in liquidation the government have set rules and funds for circumstance like this.
