A drunk man holding a bottle of cheap Cider was staggering around outside Southport Police Station this afternoon.

Totally smashed the man was waving his cider bottle around and came dangerously close to causing an accident as he staggered up and down the pavement outside the Police Station.

After ten minutes he polished off his cider and continued along Albert Road.

Not a policeman in sight to arrest him.

Why would you want to arrest him?
Who said it was cheap cider?
In a bottle? sure it looked like a can.

Instead of sneaking around and hiding in your car taking covert pictures of people, why didn't you go into the police station and make them aware of it?

Policemen aren't going to be standing outside their own offices waiting for the odd person walking past to arrest because they appear drunk!

Are you aware that diabetics suffering from hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar) can act drunk? They then need a sugary drink. You never thought of approaching him and seeing if he needed medical attention, but covertly took his picture and shamed him so you can have a non-story on your website.
