As the temperature soared today the car parks were soon full. People were having to pay £10 to park on the waste ground next to the Ocean Plaza which is owned by Pleasureland.

Such was the shortage of parking cars were dumped at the entrance to the beach despite it being required as emergency access for the Lifeboat.

Cars were also dumped in the middle of the Marine Drive in between the Park and Ride and Pleasureland.

Not a Civil Enforcement Officer in sight.

The lifeboat couldn't even gain access to the beach due to inconsiderate parking. Sefton should have impounded these vehicles!

The town needs tourists, so there should be the facilities provided that they need.

There is plenty of parking but people are too bone idle to walk. Morrisons was closed today and the car park had loads of spaces.
