After last weeks item regarding the poor performance of the Bliss Hotel in the "Food Hygine Ratings" scoring only a 1 star the hotel has now been awarded a 5 star rating.

It's good to see that they took the problems seriously and rectified them immediately but you would really hope that a supposedly high(ish) end hotel like this would have its house in order all the time. Terrible that they allowed things to deteriorate to the point where they only got 1 star. I hope they keep their standards high from now on.

I bet it was a quick fix.

e.g. don't put uncooked meat above cooked, buy some extra chopping boards and keep food types separated.
