The automatic barriers at Portland Street have failed again this morning. Drivers and pedestrians were left stranded.
One disgruntled elderly resident told Qlocal that he was starting to suffer from hypothermia hehad been there so long.
Workers from network rail working at Duke Street were not interested in the failure.
