Some mindless moron has dumped bags of dog poo at the junction of Southbank Road and Cedar Street. Cars are driving over them causing the bags to burst. The smell is disgusting.

The council is right to take a tough stance over irresponsible dog owners. We have had an overseas guest stay for a holiday just recently and we took them down to the Nature Reserve beach footpath from Weld Road to Ainsdale. The amount of dog excreta left all over the reserve absolutely disgusted our guest who said that dog wardens are on patrol regularly to stop such disrespect and dog owners would be fined heavily in his country

There are far too many dogs, caused by the cancellation of dog licenses. This tax should be reinstated the charge levied used to fund the wardens to enforce the laws relating to dog ownership. Ownership would drop, streets would be cleaner and less attacks on children and people. Annual charge say £200 and more for larger dogs.
