Are you living in a cocoon somewhere, if you don't know the issues people worry about regarding Policing you really shouldn't be in the position you are in. Lack of Police on the streets, utter lack of Traffic Police, lack of funding thanks to May Osborne Cameron Clegg.

The only answer Damien is a complete clear out of you and your worthless ineffective catastrophically useless Party.

In the old days fire services were run by Insurance companies and those insured had a plaque on the wall of their property so the fire brigade would deal with it. No plaque = No Firefighting.
Could something similar not be done ie a Plaque saying you voted Conservative then they would get no help whatsoever from the overstreched Police. Only those without the Tory plaque would be dealt with in case of robbery assault etc. That would soon bring the B*"*ards into the real world.
