During May 2019 a ballot will be held to decide whether Southport BID continues for a second five year term, 2019 - 2024.
Ballot papers will be distributed to each eligible business by early May, who will have until 5pm on Monday 3rd June 2019 to respond. Each eligible business property has one vote; landlords and occupiers with more than one business will receive one vote per eligible property.
The ballot will be conducted by an independent agency and results announced on Tuesday the 4th June, or as soon as possible thereafter.
