Office Administrator

Location: ADA Financial Consultants – Southport Town Centre
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 28 hours per week
Salary: tbc

A permanent employment opportunity has arisen at ADA Financial Consultants due to the retirement of a staff member.

About the Role

You will support the administrative processes relating to the production of illustrations, valuations etc for the Directors and Financial Advisers and will include assisting general office duties such as telephony, filing, typing etc.

ADA is a well-established financial services provider based in Southport town centre which has been trading for over 36 years.

About You

You will possess excellent communication skills, be open to change and flexible in your approaches to work solutions to support the needs of the Financial Advisers and the office.

This is a varied and interesting role which will require flexibility, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and the ability to prioritise in order to meet deadlines.
