    Woman in Car Park

Came through Tulketh Street car park at 3.30pm. A woman was unconscious on the tarmac. A man was with her. Came back at 4pm she is still there but has regained consciousness.

Think there are waiting for an ambulance!

Ambulances attend emergencies by priority - it depends on the reason why the lady was unconscious, and whether it is a life threatening issue.

Someone unconscious is a priority. The ambulance service are so stretched it has has been reported that they can take over an hour to attend some emergencies.

    Austerity.

I hope the lady was ok.
