What do you know about Motorbikes

Does anyone know anything about the following models:

    • V1000 - a V-twin gentleman's tourer with a nickel-plated Reynolds 531 frame.
    • Vampire - A touring based version of the V1000, with fairing and optional panniers.
    • Vortan - A bored-out 1100 cc, sports version of the V1000 with highly modified chassis.
    • Vulcan - In 1990 a single prototype was built[8] with modifications including a bored-out 1200 cc engine.
    • Hesketh 24 - Named after James Hunt's 1975 F1 car, this is a Limited Edition with a 1917 cc S&S engine. Only 24** units are proposed to be built

Where and under whose direction were these bikes made and when. What connection has this to another thread ?

You really are the most blinkered boring moron on this site. Your whole world revolves around cycling, you turn every post on here, regardless of its subject, into another cycling debate. Give it a rest, not everyone wants to be bombarded by your non stop propaganda about pushbikes.

No, not Crossens Vulcan but Hesketh, same as the F1 racing team.

    Yes, correct. Hand built motorcycles
Founder: Alexander Fermor-Hesketh, 3rd Baron Hesketh

    Founded: 1982

The Family of the Hesketh's who used to live at Rufford Old Hall.
How are these Heskeths related to the Fleetwood Heskeths?

I know one of the bikes was named the Vulcan - but I cannot find any links to the motor company.

Thanks for that. I really meant a link between Vulcan and the Heskeths, though.

Wasn't it the Heskeths that built Fleetwood in the shape of a half wheel with all the main roads leading to the hub.
