Well, it looks like, in Hamble's words, the Tories 'have finally done it' too.
A splinter, not a split, but 3 Tory MPs have jumped ship, with more expected later.
Not unexpected, particularly in Soubry's case.
Wonder where it will all end up?

If more Tories split, I guess there's a chance that May could lose her majority. Would that mean calling an election?

Not sure really. I think it would be a case of another 'Vote of Confidence'. Though I can't imagine why Corbyn would want an election right now, with both parties shedding MPs.

It would have to be a Vote of No Confidence in Parliament, she is free from one within the Parliamentary Conservative Party for a couple of years.
If there was an Election in the near future it would be on that nobody would want to win.

These MPs who have left Labour and Conservative to form their own "Undemocratic Party" should all resign and force by-elections.
The last 2 MPs who crossed the floor did just that. Douglas Carswell and Mark Reckless who both left the Tories to come to UKIP fought by-elections as UKIP candidates and both won. That was UKIP policy at that time. Isn't that the honest thing to do?
Those in the "Undemocratic Party" are pushing for a so called "Peoples Vote" on the EU but will not give their constituents a "Peoples Vote" in deciding who their future MP should be.

Brexit
It’s all to do with remaining in power. Nothing to do with what the people need. A party that tells the people what’s best for them. To busy arguing between them selves. They have there own agenda. Teresa May bless her as a anti brexitter got this dumped on her by Cameron.who Quit, simple as.yet she supposed to come up with a solution? Or just wanted power at the time. She give her a due is a tough women and negotiator. Who knows what’s going to happen.Ask China they rule the world ??

Frank Field resigned the Party Whip but Hasn't resigned his seat.
