The weekend we celebrate the resurrection

It's cracking the flags down here (not that they say it Essex), and I've celebrated the holy week with a few cold beers in the sun.

Anybody here troubled a church this weekend ?

I don't go to churches for religious reasons but I find a visit to a church inspiring the architecture, peace, quiet and calm so beautiful.

I,m not a Christian ,but a spiritual person.the dogma is an irelavance .the import is more a symbolic one .a reminder that our being and our behaviours have an impact upon those around us like rpples on a pond.the time were given imparts on those whose time we share ,its mortal span given.and lessons of human frailties and short comings of being ,a journey that's lifes souls steps are given ,to overcome those frailties striven!

Good grief! Your attention seeking knows no bounds. Too bad your father didn't get off at St.Lukes.

Attacks on religious followers are sickening particularly awful to read the
murders of Christians in Sri Lanka today.

Whether it is one beautiful soul in Northern Ireland or hundreds in a far off Country
it makes one more determined to say 'not in my name' do you kill for your
    cause.

I have just come home from Victoria Methodist Church Sussex Rd, wonderful service of celebration
It has been said that when helping people change their behaviour – “the spirit in which help is offered” is the most important aspect, more than the degree of skills and knowledge of the helper!
