This is just the start, some are clearly not waiting to see how it all works out, Honda like many others need to decide where to invest and where to avoid and the ridiculous state of Brexit is certainly not encouraging anyone to hitch their wagon to the UK.
Particularly when arch Brexiteers are getting the hell out already, would expect these financial rats to at least have the courage of their convictions.

Honda are closing their European operation as it is not required anymore, the Trade Deal recently signed with the EU will remove all Tariffs on cars so their factories in Europe are no longer required for access to the market.

Assuming it's a bilateral deal (i.e. a deal that works both ways), this will give tariff-free access to Japan for all EU carmakers...Which would have been just the ticket for UK car exporters like Jaguar Landrover, et al.
