The first example of a politician stepping down to spend less time with their family? (Theresa Griffin MEP)

It’s amazing he was ever in Big Brother’s government - a committed remainer - he resigned as universities minister in Theresa May’s gang as he wanted to be ‘free to campaign for a peoples vote (!) .

. . . Then he accepted a job from the Lyin’ King promoting a ‘do or die no-deal Brexit’

Now he is quitting as the ‘tension’ is just too much to bear. . . . . . Duh!
Whatever it is - I blame Brexit!

The reality is his position is being strengthened day by day not in the Westminster bubble but in the country where those who want brexit done now have their wreckers identified.

Even ardent remain voters realise that going to Brussels on bended knee and with your pants down isn't likely to get you the best deal.

Wishing to put the country back to the endless delay and drift doesn't win votes.

Rubbish, he has become a laughing stock not just in this country, not just in Europe but across the World now.
Ardent Remainers have always known that a good deal was never on, that is why they are Remainers. A better deal than what we already had is impossible to achieve, it would break up the EU. You can only improve the EU from within and this involves NOT throwing the toys out at every opportunity.

If you don't believe me why aren't the Labour Party saying yes to an election on the 15th ?

Surely if you were confident of a win you would grab the chance and boot him out.

They know he is appealing to the country at large not Parliament and the Westminster bubble.

He will put a very straight message to the country on monday settle Brexit with me or drift with Labour who will be going on bended knee to Brussels for who knows what.

Labour also have a problem that they haven't got a settled policy on Brexit yet or ever.

Its looking like a two party race between the Lib Dems and Conservatives.

Cameron proved beyond any doubt that you can't improve the EU from within.

That's crossed my mind, too - though it is a high-risk, all-in strategy.

Plus, Jeremy Corbyn's line of constructive ambiguity has been persuaded into this latest position.

When No Deal is off the table, once and for
all, we should go back to the people in
a public vote or a General Election to
    decide our country’s future.

Seeing the minister for the 18th century lounging on the benches doesn't strike me they are worried.

Boris will simply address the country on Monday, do you want to end the Brexit chaos with me.

The only people with a clear alternative are the Liberal Democrats but they want to overturn a democratic vote outcome they agreed to accept.

Jeremys words are tosh Johnson IF he won would overturn that in a week.
