There may quite possibly be no alternative, while I have zero sympathy for this girl/woman, I have considerably more concern regarding those who have already returned from aiding, fighting for, or supporting IS, to date some 400 have returned from Syria to the UK, only 54 have been convicted, those are the known ones, how many of these terrorists are walking our streets?

Certainly would be much better if all these treacherous creatures could be sent off to the countries who back IS, surprisingly these countries have no wish to take them in.
