    Fuel prices reduced

Asda have reduced diesel by 3p and unleaded by 2p today, Morrisons and Sainsburys have also followed.

The RAC say it should be coming down 7p

There is no chance of ANY fuel cuts in Southport,as we are too far away from a motorway, according to alleged reports from delivery drivers depots...

Just waiting for my Private Hire renewal from my insurers,as my premiums will probably have gone up as well, even with having 8+ years no claims for any accidents, with the recent newspaper reports saying that insurance companies have been hiking up policy prices for drivers for years..

Drivers are already getting ripped off with everything to do with driving, from Fuel Tax costs,Vehicle Insurance,Excise Duty,Main dealership costs for repairs etc etc...even garages charging extra from everything they sell on their forecourts,or the instore shops.....the list goes on.

I would put 10p on per litre, to discourage unnecessary trips - and use the proceeds to fund green initiatives.

I would use that 10p fuel levy to finance a substantial subsidy on electric cars and pay for many new electric charging points......As for playing with pu$$y. If I had one - I probably would!

It's nothing to do with that, there are only half a dozen in the whole of UK and we are quite handy to the one at Stanlo, so who ever told you that is talking ballcocks, the issue around here is lack of competition, rollon Sainsburys opening!

This would also make necessary trips more expensive.
