I agree - awful place!

It is but serves a purpose, very little choice in Southport for this type of product or for what I was looking at least.

When I go shopping I know what I want I'm in/out usually without the need to seek assistance, still doesn't stop me smiling at store employees and saying hello, perhaps it's because I work in retail? Likewise in work I will smile and say hello to customers, quite often it is met with 'do you sell' many people don't like to ask.
