Brexit supporters are split, the Anarchists are those who don't want a deal, they are the ones who will do the country irreparable damage, they are also labeling anyone who opposes them as Remainers. Thatcher negotiated the Rebate which substantially reduced our contributions from within the EU, we should agree a deal and continue negotiations.

Leave means leave! By having a deal with the EU, means that we would still be answerable to some of the EU union legislation. Leave means to have nothing more to do with the EU as a union. If you belonged to a working men's union club and you decided to leave it - you do not go back and ask for some of their protection rules to cover you! No! Brexit supporters did not expect anyone to consider any deals at all with the EU after we have left the union!

The Vote was won by Leave! The vote was taken after many considerations and evaluations of our membership of the EU, over many years. Our MP's constantly requested changes in EU legislation to apply to the conditions of our country - the EU refused to agree to any. They had strict red lines that no-one should cross! We witnessed the ever increasing EU interference in our lives, we saw the growing numbers of unemployed people, we saw the expanding poverty in our country. We witnessed more and more countries becoming members of the EU. With the expanding membership of the EU it would mean even less efficiency of the union. We recognised other World countries forming their own unions - by which end trade agreements with the EU would be reduced to being ineffectual. We understood the pressures on lesser able countries to be able to pay their fees, and the confiscation of some of those countries infrastructure to cover the losses, there was plenty of cases of corruption between member states and there was a lack of transparency within the EU, we saw the greater pressures placed on people, the greater unfairness between nations leaving some even poorer than before, the mass immigration used to form trade agreements - the EU would not relax any of its legislation unless it was beneficial to themselves! The EU wanted the UK to be a vassal state, it wants each of its members to become part of an Empire, it wants to do away with elected governance in each country - and it would not listen to any reasoning that conflicted with its own intentions.
Other third world countries were leaving Europe well behind with technology, the EU employed unfair protectionism with trading, its management does not allow for global competitiveness - it even infiltrated people's right to information on the internet!
The employment laws introduced by the EU have an alternative intention! The Peace not War when being a member of the EU - had another meaning! The various policies issued by the EU proved to have alternative applications!
Those who did not understand this at the time of the referendum, will not understand it now! They are completely oblivious, brainwashed by the media. I could cite pages and pages of examples of the above - I have done so on many occasions. But if people are not open minded, if they are so dogmatic in their own preconceptions, there is nothing anyone can do or say that will change that, and they will continue to argue.

A poster from Ireland said of the EU in 2013:
"Hitler said from his bunker that germany would rule Europe. Next as part of our bailout it will made a condition that we have to learn German at school instead of Irish. Fianna Fail has a lot to answer for."

    The Journal published:
"With Angela Merkel set to clinch an historic third term as German Chancellor, her position as leader of the largest economy in Europe is secure, as expected. However, particularly in recent years, her office has expanded beyond that of a national leader with responsibilities extending far beyond the 16 German länder to a populace that will never elect or depose the occupant. German leadership in Europe is now considered standard"

Some of us in the UK had a problem with that!

    Can't beat bringing Hitler in.

The horrendous crackpot must get an extra log on his hellfire every time he's mentioned.

In that case you will never be able to fly anywhere, visit any European Country, buy any imported produce or sell any goods to Europe, no Foreign visitors will come here and you will be sat at home in the cold & dark.

Won't be sat in the dark!
"In Europe the UK is second only to Norway in oil and gas production. Oil and gas production from the UK sector of the North Sea peaked in 1999, but the UK remains a substantial producer today. Over the last four decades, 39 billion BOE have been extracted on the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS)." Wikipedia

Most of our fuel comes from the UK and from outside the EU.

Can fly where ever I want to - may need extra papers, is all!

I regularly sell goods globally - and I do not want anything from Europe - apart from French Bread which cannot be purchased in the UK and because it is freshly produced cannot be imported. Otherwise - no problem!

Yep! He has had more to answer for since his death than he ever did while he was alive!

We are becoming increasing reliant on French Electricity due to the old coal fired and old nuclear power stations being taken out of service and it is pretty impossible to fly anywhere without using Foreign ATC and as you don't don't want to have anything to do with the EU you will have to sit at home in the dark.

No that is not my idea it is Saids he is the one that doesn't want anything to do with those nasty foreigners in the EU, is he going to ship in all his grain, dairy and meat from America, Canada and Australasia and build a wall across Ireland and another along the East Coast, it will have to be a big one to stop them peeping over to see what's going on!

Actually laughed out loud at that.

Shame that those who laid down their lives for peace in Europe, and achieved it for so long, are being let down by xenophobic idiots, led by the nose by self-serving billionaires.
