Entries for the 2009-10 Charity Cups, the Saturday Senior, Sunday Senior and Sunday Intermediate should be submitted to the secretary, Peter Jenner, together with entry fees by Monday 10 August.

The 2009 AGM is being held at The Rookery, Roe Lane on Monday 10 August at 8:15pm.

The draws will be made after the AGM.

At the AGM on Monday night it was agreed to defer the Cup draws until Wednesday evening to allow for late entries to the competitions.

The draws will be published here on Thursday 13 August 2009.
