Normally use the Bold Arms, but for the first time in many years decided recently to try the Hesketh Arms just across the road. Very pleasantly surprised at the menu's extensive range of choice, plus the Specials, finally settling for Sea Bass and mashed potatoes.

Sea Bass, like most fish, has to be cooked properly to be enjoyed at its best and I'm happy to report that this was exactly the case. I'll certainly be visiting the Hesketh again ere long...
