Morgue/hospital on top floor of McDonalds on Eastbank Street
Was told years ago by a McDonalds employee that the top floor was an old hospital & that there were bed imprints on the floor.
Been told since that it was a morgue & that there were slabs, hence the imprints.
Anybody know any more about this? I know the building was a Co-Op from 1934(?)

I was lead to believe that the top floor was a ballroom, used for staff dances.
Unbelievable that no one has been able to gain access and let us know.
Love bites ....
