To all involved in my unfortunate stumble in Manchester Road this afternoon, may I take this opportunity to thank the Lady and Gentleman who came to my aid. I am so grateful that you were in the vicinity at the time.
To the Ambulance crew, what can I say, but thankyou for your caring and kindness. ( and the lift home ).
I do not know just what caused me to stumble, lets just say maybe
to much enjoyment of Glastonbury and Southport Brewery Beers.
May I say once again to all involved a heartfelt thankyou.
I know I should not say this, but, if anybody involved in this incident, ( and I know who you are ), should happen to find yourself in the Inn Beer Shop or, The Guest House, you are welcome to a few drinks on me.
