Snooker Legends John Parrott & Ken Doherty will be appearing together at Aughton Institute on Saturday 21st October 2017 to perform an exhibition night, the evening will commence at 7.30 pm with the doors open at 6.45pm.

As we all know, John was World Professional Snooker Champion in 1991, a wonderful year for John as he was also crowned UK Champion, a tournament regarded in the snooker world as the second most important in the calendar behind the World Championship so John had the distinction of being the third player in snooker history behind Steve Davis and Stephen Hendry to hold both titles in the same year, John Higgins and Ronnie

O Sullivan can now be added to that elite list. Also as we all know, Ken became World Champion in 1997 defeated the game's dominant force of the 90's, Stephen Hendry, 18-12 in a superb final. John & Ken will be playing a number of frames, were one will be drawn from the hat, one from the raffle and three auction frames will give people many chances to play these great stars of our game as well as raising some money for our two important charities .

They will also be doing a Q & A session to give everyone a chance to put their questions to them. The evening will be presented by our fabulous MC, Dave 'the mighty' Quinn and superb music entertainment provided by tiny Trevor Ford.
