A heritage garden's been brought back to life in a blooming success story for hardworking youngsters from National Citizen Service.
Youngsters from the Southport and Crosby areas spent a week transforming the North Meols Garden in Churchtown - with a little help from their friends!
Sandra Cain was just one of the local volunteers who helped in the project and there were generous donations of plants from The Botanic Gardens nursery, too.
QLocal was invited along to see the volunteers in action with reporter Roger Blaxall taking these exclusive photos - well done to all concerned!
