Southport and Hesketh Round Table (SHRT) host their annual charity bonfire and fireworks night, the family friendly event returns to Victoria Park on Saturday 5 November, 2016.
The fun-packed evening begins with the lighting of the bonfire at 6.30pm, followed by a spectacular firework display at 8pm. As well as the pyrotechnics, there’s plenty to keep the whole family occupied, from fairground rides to a hearty hog roast along with food & drink stalls. Gates open at 5pm and close at 10pm.
The SHRT fireworks event has previously raised charitable funds for a range of deserving causes, such as Alder Hey Children’s Charity, Southport Samaritans and Help for Heroes to name but a few.
We are expecting this year to be our biggest and best event with it falling on Saturday 5th November , but as usual we need the help of the local community!
So I’m back asking for your help but in return we want to treat you like a VIP , if you are prepared to be a VIP friend of the event, I’d like to offer you a range of benefits outlined below.
As last year we are just asking for a minimum donation of £100 from local businesses and individuals , for this we will provide the following benefits:-
Ø Free Car parking just yards from the event (1 vehicle)
Ø Four Free Passes
Ø Entrance to the VIP tent
Ø Reserved Firework Viewing Area
Ø Hot food , refreshments and snacks included
Ø Official VIP sponsorship in social media/press
