What a surprise, it's the Laurel and Hardy scumbags again! Dumb and Dumber.
This pair of village idiots are continually responsible for endless crime in the Town. If locked up crime will fall in the short term.
Think we will be writing to the Lord Chief Justice to ensure no deals are done for this pair!
Very well done to Merseyside Police.

wonder if they were responsible for breaking into a neighbours van & trying to gain access to my Cars, a couple of days afterwards I had an intruder in my back garden?

We should be able to display them on the village green and administer a public flogging. Should they require medical treatment they must pay for it up front.
Far more effective than prison and very cheap especially if tickets are sold or donations collected.

Probably.
The same scumbags who broke into my parents car a year ago and others. Thankfully a neighbour informed police and they were caught but laughable sentence to a long list.
