Taskers Sports shop in Corporation Street, Southport is not open today. The shutters are down and there is nothing to say why the store is closed.

A phone call revealed nothing as nobody answered. Ringing the main office in Liverpool the person who answered the phone had no idea as to why the store was closed.

After being cut off another person answered the phone and said there might be a problem with the roof.

The store is 6000 sq feet selling a range of sports equipment covering fitness, sports nutrition, boxing, MMA, wrestling, martial arts, supports, swimming, sports clothing and footwear.
