Thousands gathered at the Monument in the early morning rain for Remembrance Sunday and to commemorate the end of WW1.

Lovely to see so many people out showing their respect.

It was impeccably delivered and respectively observed and very very emotive.

Indeed. My Son was marching for the scouts and his much older nephew was marching with St Johns ambulance.
