Southport FC holding company Pinewise have expanded the share capital of the company by 158,435 new shares, making the total number of shares allotted now 500,000.
There are no specific details currently available of individual shareholder allocations.
Recently it was announced that local businessmen Adrian Shandley and James Treadwell had invested a fix figure sum into the club.
The new shares allotted represent 31.6% of the revised share capital.
Also just filed at companies house are the resignations of directors: James Barry Hedley, Timothy Medcroft, Andrew Gerard Pope, Steven John Porter, Charles Clapham, Samuel John Shrouder and the appointment of two new directors: James Stewart Treadwell and Adrian Philip Shandley.
