A callous thief smashed a car window and stole a purse at approximately 1.15 in Hampton Road today.

The owner of the purse said ...

'I know it's a long-shot but if anyone sees a purse like this dumped anywhere please let me know....I'm not bothered about the cards etc but I had picture of my mum and angel wings of my baby I lost that has really hurt me.

Time and time again the police say do not leave valuables in cars and if it’s unavoidable then lock them the boot. There are vicious nasty people who will steal your property if given a chance. I do hope you get your complete purse back.
