A rough sleeper has set up camp in Princes Park close to the old zoo.It would appear the guy is just passing through as he has a bike and a trailer to move his possessions.

So he's hardly a rough sleeper.

I agree. That tent doesn't look too "rough" to me. It would have been just as easy to call him/her a camper but then that wouldn't act quite so well as click bait would it!
