Rosie Cooper MP comment on Southport Hospital CQC inspection.
West Lancashire MP Rosie Cooper said:
“It is no surprise the CQC inspection found its ‘well-led’ category as Inadequate after six chief executives in less than three years and the turmoil the Trust has found itself in with the investigations into its then senior management team.
“I am however optimistic that under the new leadership appointed since this inspection was carried out, things will continue to improve. I have met with the Chief Executive Silas Nicholls and Chair Richard Fraser regularly this year to discuss the need for improvements at the Trust as a whole, and at Southport Hospital specifically where my West Lancashire constituents must go for adult A&E and other healthcare services.
“There are still a number of areas that are deeply concerning that I will continue to raise with NHS leaders locally and nationally, to ensure improvements are made particularly around the safety, effectiveness and medical care including older people’s care.”

I think Rosie Cooper has made the most sensible comment here. Everyone at the https://studybreaks.com/culture/read...r-debut-novel/ website agrees with me on this. She has definitely got the heart to do it.
