Our aim is to improve the mental health, wellbeing and working life of #OurBlueLight Emergency & Essential Services including, Police, Fire, Ambulance, Search & Rescue, Prison Service and NHS.

The relay will be stopping off at different cities and location throughout its journey of the North of England. Every weekend there will be an event, with the local emergency & essential service's & community groups getting the torch and taking it to the next location, via any means, whether that be run, cycle or even kayaking!

LAUNCH DAY! Join us on Blackpool Promenade for launch day, the torch will set sail to Southport. The event will run on the Comedy Carpet and will be supported by an Emergency Services Day around the comedy Carpet.
Services involved: North West Ambulance Service; Blackpool Beach Patrol; Blackpool RNLI; Lytham RNLI; Lancashire Fire and Rescue; Southport Rescue.

At 10.00 tomorrow the torch will travel from Southport Fire and Ambulance Station to Merseyside Police HQ in Liverpool via an array of vintage emergency vehicles.
Services involved: Lancashire Fire and Rescue; Mersey Fire and Rescue; Lancashire Police: Mersey Police; North West Ambulance Service.
