Officers are appealing for the public’s help in tracing 19-year-old William Smith, who is wanted on recall to prison.



Smith, who is from the Wirral area, is being recalled to prison, after originally being convicted of aggravated theft of a motor vehicle in March 2018 and sentenced to six months in prison. He was released on licence on 18 June and recalled to prison on 21 June after breaching the conditions of his licence.

Officers are continuing to carry out extensive enquiries to locate him. He is thought to have links to the Liverpool area.

He is described as 6ft tall, of slim build with brown hair and blue eyes.
