Lancashire Police are appealing for information for a male missing from the Banks area of West Lancashire. 34-year-old Iulian Dionisie has been missing since the weekend and Police and family are becoming concerned.



Iulian is described as being 5ft 6in tall with a tanned complexion. He was last seen wearing black rock style boots, cream jeans and a black top on Saturday 14th July.

Iulian was last seen using the cash machine at the Co-op in Banks around 06:40 am and possibly has a blue bike with him.
