Two men and a woman were killed as Ophelia hit Ireland on Monday.
It experienced the worst of the hurricane-related weather, with winds of almost 100mph (160km/h) causing widespread disruption.
About 295,000 homes in the country still do not have electricity. Ireland's electricity network, ESB, said 5% of those affected could wait up to 10 days before their power is restored.
