A large patch of grass in the Kings Gardens has ignited in the hot conditions.

It is not known how the fire started but arson is suspected.

Bored, brainless kids who haven't the brains to to find something useful to do. If they are found - they should make these kids go and fight some of the moorland blazes - see if they find that fun.

What is the difference? Those who smoke for any reason are brainless. Those who smoke and discard their fagends still lit onto flammable surfaces are doubly brainless.

True, but I would put my money on the apparent large number of brain dead zombies who inhabit this town, why oh why does a relatively small seaside town have so many morons? all those who have no further ambition beyond just seeing how much damage they can do, after all we know what a thief is doing, sure he/she should be dumped in the stocks at least, but just what are vandals trying to achieve? or are they picking a fight with something that won't fight back just to show how big and tough they are?
