Scarisbrick Avenue has been cordoned off by the Fire Service after concerns about the Christmas Decorations falling down onto people below.

Some of the cube shaped decorations are hanging just by one wire and look extremely unsafe.

Scarisbrick Avenue will remain cordoned off until the decorations can be made safe.

Another superb job commissioned by Sefton council and Southport Bid. Must be trying to bump off the few remaining shoppers the town gets.

Nice one! Mind you, if the cubes were to land on Scarisbrick Avenue, do they get a parking ticket?

Every year the “wonderful” and no doubt expensive Christmas street decorations end up falling down. Seem Southport Bid aren’t really up to organising these schemes.
Hope the Fire service sent them a bill for wasting their time.
