Another of the decorative seats has been damaged on Chapel Street. A witness said the seat was hit by a vehicle recently. Several other seats have also been damaged by drivers not paying attention over the years.

We can’t have anything nice when drivers can’t control their vehicles. Pedestrianised areas shouldn’t regularly allow vehicles…

Agree...That bench could easily have been a small child, or someone drunk/sick passed-out/having an 'episode'.....Traffic-free areas are no place for motorised scrotes!

Exactly, you can't have shops without deliveries. Just wait till the flats are built and you have removal wagons parked there in the daytime.
