Disabled young people consider their next steps,
Young people with disabilities and special educational needs (SEN) have been invited to a special event where they can learn about the options available to them as they leave school.
Moving On takes place in Splash World, Southport, 10am-2pm, March 8. It is an open day for families and young people aged 14-25yrs with an SEN or disability.
Young people will meet providers and will find out about colleges, supported employment, volunteering, welfare rights, social service support, other local opportunities and much more.
The Transitions Coordinators at Aiming High have worked hard to make sure there are lots of fun, interactive activities for young people as they make their way around the event.
Moving On is a free, with no ticket or booking required.
To find out more, contact Sefton Council’s transitions coordinators on 0151 934 3887 / 4354 or by email
