N.B. Despite the initial Planing of the Carriageway here at Lord Street South it should be noted that there is still time for the Cabinet to heed my request on behalf of the local Lord Street Community and Constituents beyond to procure a red surface.


Should a compromise colour scheme, corresponding to the neighbouring Roundabout be respectfully considered and agreed upon by the Sefton Cabinet not only would this assist in mitigating costs for the present time, but this would also be gratefully appreciated by many local stakeholders at this time.


*Naturally once the relevant funding can be secured I would implore the Local Authority to eventually return the true Ruby Red Tarmac Carriageway back to its true signature form.
